The USON Integration Director is pivotal in coordinating, overseeing, and managing the onboarding and integration of new businesses into the US Oncology Network. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, project management, and communication skills to ensure the seamless integration of accounting processes for new practices. Acting as the liaison between the Practice Management Accounting team and various USON departments, the Integration Director ensures a smooth onboarding experience for new practices. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Vision and Leadership
- Develop and implement an integration strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Review business contracts to ensure the proper accounting treatment is implemented.
- Support new practices post-onboarding to ensure their stabilization.
Project Oversight and Roadmap Development
- Lead and manage integration projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Project manage accounting activities related to the offboarding of practices.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to the integration or transition of practices.
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure system setups are appropriate for new and existing practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Process Improvement
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and prioritize tasks that drive successful onboarding for new businesses.
- Support internal and external stakeholders with ad hoc requests.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of integration processes.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Team Management
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation across the accounting integrations and A/R accounting teams.
- Manage talent development and empower team members to excel.
Governance, Compliance, and Reporting
- Provide regular implementation status updates to key stakeholders.
- Ensure proper accounting controls are implemented for new practices.
- Maintain the integration playbook.
- Oversee the iReserve process to ensure accuracy and provide valuable analytics, ensuring revenue and discount adjustments are properly stated.
Minimum Requirements
Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of management experience.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Master's degree and/or CPA are a plus, but not required.
Critical Skills
- 10+ years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
- Deep understanding of the US Oncology Network and domain expertise in the entire USON accounting process.
- Process Improvement Mindset: ability to identify and implement process enhancements across USON accounting.
- Ability to handle competing tasks while meeting strict deadlines due to deal closure timing.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Maintain an engaged, positive attitude in an ever-changing environment.
- Fundamental understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Ability to interpret and document business contracts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

Salary: 122,100.00 - 162,800.00 - 203,500.00 USD Annual (Target 155K with 20% MIP)
