ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provides administrative service, support, navigation and/or solutions, in accordance with level of experience, education & established policies & procedures. Performs clerical functions including customer service (all communication methods), data entry, maintenance & organization of records. Supports key customers (e.g., management, colleagues, patients, vendors) in exceeding their expectations. Demonstrates the ability to deliver personalized care & service unique to the key customer’s expectations/needs.

- Accountable for the coordination of activities and varying support related to the identity and system access for current and future clinical and administrative systems. Holds primary responsibility for processing requests and inquiries related to system access for employed colleagues, as well as service partners. Additional responsibility includes support of automated and integrated systems that apply automated solutions for identity management and access provisioning.
- Utilizes technical knowledge of security requirements, systems-wide identity and access management tools, application of entitlements leveraging roles and resource provisioning processes, and applied understanding of system component integration in support of user access administration.
- Serves as a resource for specific areas of user identity and access administration in a capacity to apply alternative efforts when automation fails or is not possible.
- Applies troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve various and basic/moderately complex user access issues and automated workflows within defined service level agreements. Gathers information to understand relationships between systems and provide solutions to problems. Seeks next level technical guidance for decision-making on issues that are unique and complex.
- Supports team goals and expectations within the defined priorities and directives provided by the team leadership which plays a key role in maintaining the team's workload. Available for on-call rotation which includes work outside of normal business hours and adheres to the Service and Operating level agreements the organization has with its customers.
- Provisioning and Deprovisioning of system access for Colleague and Service Partner workforce working within the organization with appropriate applications in accordance with defined Service and Operating Level Agreements.
- Adopts new tools and efficiencies to support standard workflows related to onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers.
- Manages the ServiceNow group assignments responding to end user requests and incidents through provisioning techniques, issue resolution, and investigation.
- Actively interacts with and engages Health Ministries and other TIS Analysts to maintain workflow consistency across the organization.
- Required to serve on-call 24/7 and holidays in a rotating basis with other System Identity and Access Administrators to address end user identity and access issues in alignment Trinity Health Service and Operating Level Agreements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree, vocational training in Information Systems, Health Informatics (or related discipline) required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must possess one (1) to two (2) years progressive experience in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Help Desk Support, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Possesses a basic understanding of clinical treatment modalities, organization and administration of Trinity Health delivery systems, educational principles, clinical information systems, accreditation and regulatory standards, and program development.
- Working knowledge of identity management and integration of identity to associated systems.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
- This position operates in a typical office environment. The area is well-lit, temperature-controlled and free from hazards.
- Incumbent communicates frequently, in person and over the telephone, with people in a number of different locations on technical issues.
- Manual dexterity is needed in order to operate a keyboard. Hearing is needed for extensive telephone and in person communications.
- The environment in which the incumbent will work requires the ability to concentrate, meet deadlines, work on several projects at the same period and adapt to interruptions.
- The incumbent must be capable of traveling in the course of completing project assignments.
