The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the continued operations of a training facility. The incumbent must have outstanding customer service skills as the primary point of contact for facility guests. Customer service duties involve preparing refreshments, managing daily operations of a 15,000 S.F. building, configuring classrooms, booking meetings, assisting customers with requests, and providing AV and technical assistance. Additionally, duties will involve the maintenance of training records and reporting activities.
Typical Functions
Manage all operational activities of the Training Center, including but not limited to the facility, equipment, and supplies.
Open and close the facility as required. Ensures the facility is ready for daily operations. Secures the facility at the end of the day.
Prepare daily coffee and tea service. Ensures refreshments are ready and available in the various rooms. Cleans and maintains coffee makers, break areas, and classrooms as needed.
Ensure all equipment and supplies are clean, organized, and in good working order. Ensure all events are set up promptly as stipulated by the event organizer.
Identify maintenance and cleaning issues. Coordinates repairs with staff and vendors. Restock supplies as needed and monitor trash receptacles.
Set up and configure rooms. Move room dividers, tables, and chairs.
Assist Center users with AV, IT, and other computer needs within the facility.
Maintain the Training Center master schedule and respond to booking requests. Provide alternate dates/solutions to meet customer(s) needs.
Maintain training media, informational sheets, class/training attendance records, and training history documentation for the agency. Record submitted attendance records.
Prepare and distribute the LinkedIn Pre-approved Supervisory Credit course listing. Draft instructional material for training-related processes.
Prepare, post, and distribute training reports. Requests and compiles report data from training sources (LEARN, TC3, LinkedIn, Training History, etc.).
Other Duties as assigned.
