Job Description
Responsible for providing general support for assigned Netsmart to include, shipping and receiving, postal functions, facility security systems and ordering of supplies and equipment.Responsibilities
Coordinate, oversee and/or deliver all aspects of facilities and grounds maintenance including, but not limited to lighting repair, janitorial requests, grounds maintenance needs, plumbing repairs, and pest control.
Respond to facility related requests and complete assigned tickets in a timely manner
Ensure space build outs and furniture assembly projects are completed on time and with a high degree of quality
Maintain all kitchens and café’s including restocking and vendor management
Manage shipping and receiving function and in-house postage equipment
Order all supplies and equipment
Ensure security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly; communicate workplace safety precautions to associates
Ensure that the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures
Check completed work by vendors and contractors
Qualifications
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience maintaining a facility that houses 300 plus associates
At least 2 years of experience in construction management or experience in managing a facility campus 250,000 square foot or larger
Professional knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and security systems.
Strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills
An eye for design and exceptional attention to detail
The ability to handle a high volume of work
Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong customer service skills
Strong IT skills
Preferred
Some post-secondary or completion of post-secondary schooling
