The Alignment and Content Support Specialist supports the Harmony Academy by developing state alignment documents that map state standards to the current scope and sequence, analyzing the scope and sequence to compare lesson purposes, and offering strategic suggestions to enhance curriculum effectiveness. In collaboration with the content team, the specialist will contribute to the creation of professional development materials and workshops that empower educators to implement the curriculum effectively. The specialist will also support writing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and perform other duties as assigned to advance the mission of Harmony Academy.
Essential Functions:
- Develop state alignment documents that map state standards to the current scope and sequence of Harmony 3.0.
- Analyze scope and sequence and compare lesson purpose.
- Track revisions to the Harmony Curriculum and state standards to ensure alignments stay up-to-date and relevant.
- Offer suggestions for scope and sequence items.
- Offer support in RFP writing as requested.
- Collaborate with the content team to support the creation of training materials or workshops to guide educators in using the curriculum effectively.
- Collaborate with the content team to support the creation of supplemental teacher and parent resources that align with the Harmony Curriculum.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience with PK-12 and higher education environments required.
- Experience working in a technology-driven enterprise preferred.
- All skills, abilities and education will be considered for minimum qualifications.
Competencies/Technical/Functional Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Microsoft applications of Teams, SharePoint, or similar document-sharing and team communication applications.

Candidate receiving offers will be offered a salary/pay rate commensurate with experience that vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Absent exceptional circumstances, candidates will be offered a salary within this range for this position. The minimum salary will be offered based on the minimum exemption threshold based on state of residency. Compensation Range:
