As a member of Broadcom’s Agile Operations division, you will be a part of a strategically targeted specialist sales team. Partnering with our regional sales teams and solution engineering, this position is responsible for driving adoption, growth and new sales of our best of breed solutions into a defined set of existing customers. We’re looking for experienced outcome driven professionals with a strong sense of ownership and accountability who want to make an impact delivering business value for our clients.

Lead consultative sales discussions, addressing client questions, objections, and concerns.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for their software needs.
Participate in post-sales discussions to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation phases.
Collaborates with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales phase, including product demonstrations and solution presentations.
Engages with prospective clients to gather technical requirements and understand their business objectives.
Speaks to capabilities and strategies without heavy emphasis on product feature/functionality.
Conveys Broadcom’s long-term customer value approach with specific adjustments based on customer needs.
Attends, contributes to & documents Value Stream meetings for strategic high value customers.
Recognizes customer queries specific to a given Value Stream and engages in referral activities.
Maintains and shares awareness of activities in formal monthly report for domain specialists.
Shares observed themes regarding future directions and strategy across our customer base.
Direct the Solution Engineer teams or partners that do the implementation to assure the strategy lines up with the outcome.
Publishes material and assists the matrix to increase engagement with C-Suite
The ability to successfully engage, influence and consult C Level executives.
Provides guidance and advice to territory teams about lesson's learned in other regions and Value Streams
Enables cross-pollination and knowledge sharing of specific customer successes and use cases.
Synthesizes success datapoints and stories to drive WinWire creation.
To qualify for this position, you will:
Have a minimum of 20 years in the IT industry overall and 10 years in your specific domain of expertise in corporate enterprise IT, not just as a vendor in sales or services.
Customer-focused attitude with a strong emphasis on building and maintaining client relationships.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Effectively articulate and present well in front of technical and executive-level stakeholders.
Desire to understand and evangelize Broadcom’s distinct differentiators.
Must be highly motivated, self-starter, possess a positive-aggressive attitude, and have excellent organizational skills.
Devotion to continual personal development, customer service, and follow-up.
The ability to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing environment is required.
The ability to work with and navigate a variety of internal groups.
An understanding of all Broadcom and competitor’s solutions within your specific domain.
Travel required as necessary.
