About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager - Quality to lead our quality assurance efforts for Falcon Prevent, our cutting-edge cybersecurity product. As a key leader in our organization, you will drive end-to-end quality validation improvements, overall quality enhancements, and manage a team of SDET Engineers. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that Falcon Prevent maintains its position as one of the most innovative and reliable endpoint security solutions in the world.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide technical and managerial leadership for the Quality Assurance team, driving QA strategies, building product quality roadmaps, mentoring engineers, providing technical guidance, and driving projects to completion.

  • Define, measure, and improve key quality metrics and KPIs for Falcon Prevent and team performance.

  • Lead efforts in end to end testing to enhance product reliability and performance.

  • Troubleshoot complex quality assurance issues and champion development projects that will help to improve overall product reliability and development speed.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for quality-focused changes and improvements in the development process.

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in QA methodologies and tools, particularly in the cybersecurity domain.

What You'll Need:

  • BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 5 years in management roles

  • Advanced knowledge of automated testing frameworks and quality strategies including manual testing, automation, and white/black box testing at scale

  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices for resilient software development

  • Proficiency in testing across multiple platforms (Linux, Mac, Windows) and cloud environments

  • Experience with browser automation and API testing

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and lead strong QA teams

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly at all levels, from engineering to executive staff

  • Experience working with remote teams while ensuring quality and testing velocity

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $160,000 - $240,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
