The University of Louisville's Student Affairs is seeking an IT Technology Support II (Part-Time). The candidate will provide basic computer support for the division of Student Affairs as well as assist with the coordination of departmental acquisition, asset management, and training for technology.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Under direct supervision of the divisional lead IT Manager, this position will provide technical support by performing installation, repair and preventative maintenance of staff computers and related software/hardware. Troubleshoot software and hardware failures and help identify network problems. Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps. Be self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, understand the implications of work and be able to implement solution.

Preferred Qualifications
Some college course work
Familiarity with a higher education environment
Knowledge of system principles, theories, concept, and technologies
Competencies

Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
