About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team for the Summer 2025 semester. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, technical coordination, learning facilitation, and data analysis.
What You’ll Do:
New-Hire Onboarding Program
Maintain project tracking sheets and Wiki pages
Assist with scheduling Outlook calendar invites and coordinating peer-to-peer sessions
Assist with the implementation of new program ideas and design new logos for all programs under this onboarding umbrella
Lunch and Learn Program:
Assist with gathering topics and recruiting participants for sessions via Slack
Assist with scheduling Outlook calendar invites, sending reminders, and tracking for 30-minute lunch & learn sessions
Facilitate Zoom sessions, including dry-runs, managing participant wait rooms, introducing facilitators, and providing Q&A / polling support
Record, post, and organize sessions on an internal video platform
Live & Virtual Training Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate in-person and virtual trainings
Send communications to attendees via email and Slack
Assist with scheduling Outlook calendar invites and administrative tasks for training sessions
Data Analysis and Metrics:
Analyze survey data from various programs and initiatives
Present consistent metrics in slides and decks for stakeholder reporting
Use data insights to suggest program improvements and decision-making
What You'll Need:
Currently enrolled in a degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field and graduating between December 2025 - June 2026
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong writing and proofreading skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Outlook, Slack, Zoom and other collaboration tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Experience with video editing or graphic design tools is a plus
Basic data analysis skills and familiarity with spreadsheets
