A Brief Overview
The Reporting Analyst is responsible for the design and development of moderately complex reporting solutions. This individual will work with team members, users, and others to triage requests, define requirements, design, develop and deploy high-quality reporting solutions that meet current and future foreseeable user needs utilizing SHC's tools and infrastructure.

What you will do
  • Understand report requirements and build reports that functions as desired.
  • With supervision, performs analysis, development, and testing of reporting solutions.
  • Builds effective working relationships with team members, including hospital staff, new users, etc.
  • Troubleshoots incidents surrounding supported solutions.
  • Prepares complete, accurate and well written specifications, designs, test plans, and operations documentation.
  • Delivers high quality Reporting & BI solutions that enable user functionality with minimal on-going maintenance and a low volume of production incidents (production failures, help desk calls, etc.).

Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree BS/BA DEGREE IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, INFORMATION SYSTEMS, BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, BUSINESS ANALYTICS, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OR A DIRECTLY RELATED FIELD FROM AN ACCREDITED COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY

Experience Qualifications
  • 0-2 (ZERO-TWO) YEARS OR MORE OF EXPERIENCE IN REPORTING, BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE OR HEALTHCARE TECHNOLOGY.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Understanding of components of high-quality Reporting & Analytics solutions that meet user requirements with minimal on-going maintenance and a low volume of production incidents (production failures, help desk calls, etc.).
  • JOB IS FROM: partimejobs.netVIEWUnderstanding of best practices and common processes for developing solutions with SHC tools (i.e., SSIS, Crystal Reports, WebI, Qlikview, etc.) utilized in role.
  • Troubleshoots incidents and enhancement requests surrounding supported applications.
  • Basic working knowledge of SQL in an Oracle or SQL Server environment. Proficient with Select queries with inner/outer joins and common text and numeric functions.
  • Creates moderately complex Reports or Visualizations with SHC standard tools. Effectively implements these, scheduling, and user admin.
  • Effectively takes direction from supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
  • Reactive interaction up to Tier 4 levels of the organization
  • Demonstrates ability to manage assigned tasks on basic projects.
  • Seeks and embraces coaching and mentoring from team members in order to develop skills and integrate with the team.
  • Understands basic tenants of SHC vision and communicates them to others.
  • Developing expertise in a single domain.
  • Limited ability to anticipate problems.
  • Partner with multidisciplinary teams with supervision.
  • Track record of consistently good work with input/review from others.
  • Utilizes visibility wall, problem solving A3s, and Gemba rounding principles.
  • Makes reliable operational internal decisions with supervision.
  • Can formulate and present basic ideas to a group of peers. Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $54.22 - $71.84 per hour

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
