Position Summary

Provides appropriate assessments and therapy plans to patients and families/care-givers, including education regarding therapy, diagnoses, activities, etc.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Recruits subjects, manages participation in study, coordinates study procedures and schedules procedures.

  • Provides information, education, and support to patients via either physical or occupational therapy.

  • Serves as reviewer for proposals, protocols and manuscripts and participates in development of professional guidelines and policies for care and education.

  • Maintains files, materials, and data collection instruments.

  • Composes and submits applications, abstracts and manuscripts, monitors data management and assists with data analysis.

  • Develops and monitors course on management and organization of health care, teach course on Organizations and Health Care.

  • Provides general consultation to the department regarding health promotion, disease care, health education, etc.

  • Assists the Director with short and long-term range planning and implementation of new programs/projects.

Salary Range

$32.73 - $50.74 / Hourly

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University.
