Job Profile Summary
SAP Basis Administrator for large DXC clients. Some clients will be hosted on AWS and other cloud providers. Responsible for providing maintenance support, planning and interfacing with client. Serves as trusted advisor to internal and/or external clients for understanding the business/technical problem/need, translating them to, shaping and/or validating requirements and scope for the solution. Serves as a technical expert on solutions design, development, and implementation requirements to address business needs. Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a strong understanding of the capabilities that DXC and partners provide. Responsible for documenting the solution and governing it internally for its deliverability. Responsible for aligning the commercial aspects of client engagement (SOWs, project plans etc.) with the technical delivery solution. Responsible for presenting the solution to client and serve as trusted advisor to establish client confidence.
Essential Job Functions:
· Solid SAP Basis Administration skills
· Experience supporting SAP HANA and system replication
· Experience supporting MII/ME
· Strong experience with Pacemaker cluster in SAP environment
· Experience supporting Content Server
· Experience configuring Technical Monitoring within Solution Manager
· Experience Supporting ASE in SAP Landscape
· Performing SAP installs and upgrades
· SAP performance tuning and problem resolution
· Solid background in SUSE Linux
· Scripting skills with BASH or Python
· Foster collaboration within the team and with cross-functional groups
· Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
· Oversee the successful completion of SAP projects and report on progress
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
• Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams

Other Qualifications:
• SAP and Cloud certification

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $100,500 - $186,700.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
