About the Role:
Join CrowdStrike's GenAI Hub team as a Senior Frontend Engineer to help shape and scale our internal Generative AI platform. In this highly visible role, you'll not only build cutting-edge AI interfaces but also drive innovation and directly influence the product's direction through close collaboration with our diverse user base across CrowdStrike's global operations.
About the Team:
You'll join an innovative team of experienced engineers working in a fast-paced, distributed environment spanning multiple continents. Our product serves as CrowdStrike's central GenAI platform, enabling AI-powered productivity across various business functions. You'll work directly with our engineering team, UX designers, PMs, data scientists and stakeholders from across the company in an environment that values autonomy and creative problem-solving.
What You'll Do:
Own and architect major frontend features from conception to deployment, taking initiative in design decisions and user experience
Proactively identify opportunities for UI/UX improvements and drive their implementation without waiting for formal specifications
Engage with internal users across different departments (Sales, Marketing, HR, Engineering) to understand their needs and provide consultancy and support
Balance multiple high-priority projects while maintaining high-quality standards
Drive innovation in our GenAI interfaces by staying current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape and suggesting new features
Collaborate with globally distributed team members, requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills
Create intuitive interfaces for complex agentic workflows
Build reusable component libraries that other teams can leverage
Mentor other engineers and provide technical leadership in frontend development
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience building complex web applications
Proven track record as a self-starter who can manage multiple competing priorities
Strong product sense and ability to make independent UI/UX decisions
Excellent communication skills with experience working in distributed teams
Expert knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture
Experience with state management solutions (Redux or similar)
Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization
Experience with modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS)
Experience with component development tools such as Storybook or similar

Passionate about staying current with GenAI developments and bringing innovations to the product
Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with users and stakeholders
Ability to translate complex user requirements into intuitive interfaces
Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities
Proactive problem-solver who can identify and address issues before they escalate
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience building interfaces for AI/ML applications or LLM-powered products
Background in consulting or working directly with business stakeholders
Experience gathering user requirements and translating them into technical solutions
Understanding of accessibility standards and implementation
Background in enterprise SaaS products
Knowledge of cybersecurity industry
