Our people, technology and best practices improve and automate highly complex business processes middle and back offices- while facilitating customer experience transformation.

The role is responsible for leading ISB Offering Accounts and Business Units to drive profitable growth. Key responsibilities include supporting Offering Leaders, Business Operations, and Sales Operations, as well as managing processes and projects from planning to completion. The focus is on achieving specified objectives through process improvements and operational excellence.

Essential Job Functions

  • Manage process improvement initiatives to meet defined goals and timelines.
  • Collaborate with Offering Accounts to establish project scope and deliverables.
  • Prepare and present status reports for stakeholders.
  • Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable insights.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in specific operational areas.
  • Generate detailed reports on performance and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Ensure process documentation is accurate, organized, and up-to-date.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends.

Other Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the insurance industry, including Life, Property & Casualty, and Reinsurance.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to change.
  • Strong teamwork and networking skills.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and driving change.
  • Certifications in project management or data analytics (a plus).

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 1 year in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and project management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Additional Criteria

  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Interest in learning about life insurance products and structures.
  • Previous experience with DXC (preferred).
  • Ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations.
  • Self-motivated and capable of independent work.

Work Environment

  • Remote role based in the USA.
  • Standard work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST.
  • No travel required.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $91,400 - $169,700.
