Job Description Summary:
Provides group services for inpatients admitted to the Behavioral Health Unit.Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's DegreeCPR - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation - American Red CrossSPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
Work requires the knowledge and skills normally acquired through the completion of a technical degree or field of study: behavioral health or related field, or equivalent experience assisting with behavioral health related group activities and 6 to 12 months on the job training. Work requires ability to communicate instructions, information and concepts as part of leading groups. Work requires the ability to assess analyze information gathered through observation of patient and or written material. Work requires ability to develop and design program groups. Work requires ability to respond to emergency situations with appropriate problem solving and decision-making skills. Work requires general understanding of human behavior psychopathology. CPR certification.
