Broadridge is Growing! We are seeking an experienced and visionary UX Strategist to lead the creation and implementation of user-centered strategies across diverse digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of UX strategy principles, user research methodologies, and experience design. The UX Strategist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that align business goals with user needs, thus enhancing both user satisfaction and business success. This prominent role offers an exciting opportunity to shape customer experiences while driving strategic initiatives.
Work-Mode: This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.
Job Responsibilities:
· Lead the development of user-centered strategies that encompass user experience, business objectives, and market trends.
· Conduct comprehensive user research to inform strategy development and to deeply understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.

· Collaborate with product managers, marketing teams, and developers to ensure alignment of UX strategies with company objectives and resources.
· Advocate for the integration of accessibility and inclusive design principles throughout the design process.
· Oversee heuristic evaluations and usability tests, providing strategic recommendations for addressing usability issues.
· Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions with stakeholders to drive user-centered design initiatives.
· Utilize data analytics to assess and enhance the effectiveness of UX strategies, optimizing user engagement and satisfaction.
· Strategize the creation of detailed user personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks.
· Develop and implement user requirements analysis, information architecture design, and conduct user testing based on strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Communication Design, or a related field.
· A minimum of 7 years of experience in UX strategy or similar roles with a proven track record of successful projects.
· Extensive knowledge of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
· Advanced understanding of user research methodologies and experience in translating research into actionable strategies.
Skills:
· Proficient in UX design with exceptional ability to visualize complex ideas and concepts.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
· Excellent problem-solving abilities with experience in developing innovative solutions.
· Proficiency with prototyping tools, including Figma, and a comprehensive understanding of advanced prototyping techniques.
· Exceptional communication skills for effectively conveying complex UX strategies to various audiences.
· Strong analytical skills with an ability to use data-driven insights to drive strategic decisions.
Hourly range $75-85/hr
