Overview
Seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Product Management to lead and coach a team of product managers in developing and delivering innovative solutions that provide our members with meaningful experiences that enhance operational efficiencies and drive business success. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define the product vision and strategy, and oversee the product lifecycle to ensure that solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable impact. As a Director of Product Management, you will join a team transforming health care and health services for over 170M people worldwide. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & team development:
Lead, coach and build a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Establish clear goals, roles, and career growth paths for team members.
Strategic Planning & Problem Solving:
Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
Identify opportunities to leverage technology and process improvements to optimize operations.
Execute on a product strategy through coaching others in outcomes driven decision making
Product Development & Delivery:
Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to design, development, and deployment.
Ensure product solutions meet customer needs, align with business priorities, and achieve key performance indicators.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:
Build strong relationships and partner with key stakeholders, including operations, engineering, data and customer success teams, to identify pain points and drive solutions.
Act as the primary advocate for the product strategy, keeping leadership informed and engaged.
Market & Trend Analysis:
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Conduct competitive analysis to ensure products are differentiated and deliver maximum value.
Performance Measurements:
Define and monitor metrics to evaluate performance, user adoption, and operational impact.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvements.
Qualifications
Experience:
8+ years in product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role required.
Proven track record of delivering technology solutions in healthcare or related industry.
Proven track record of developing and coach a team of product managers required.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
Skills:
Experience in operations, process optimization, and driving operational efficiency through the application is highly preferred.
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making approach.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
Expertise in continuous product discovery and knowledge of software development practices.

Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 158,300 - 263,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
