Cardio Catherization Technician - Part Time- Mid Shift

In this role, you will take responsibility for transporting patients and patient specimens to and from test sites. You will prepare and position equipment and patients for the laboratory procedures. As a Cardio-Catherization Tech, you will set up sterile trays, instruments and equipment, and bring equipment to the Central Sterile department. Take pride in maintaining an active role as a member of our health care team.

This position will work 2 shifts per week from 11am to 7pm with the requirement of also being in the weekend rotation and the weekend will be the hours of 7am to 3pm. This position is located at our Columbia campus in upper Manhattan.

Required Criteria

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience as a Nursing Attendant required.

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
