About the Role:

The IT Identity and Access Management team is looking for a Business Systems Analyst Intern to join the team. 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Work on report generation, identification work in the user identity space, Workday data and Active Directory data parity.

  • Complete projects in support of critical IT roadmap initiatives

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze their requirementsJOB IS FROM: partimejobs.netVIEW

  • Identify and recommend process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve work-life quality for supporting IT teams

  • Collaborate with internal teams  and work collaboratively with operational and technical teams to deliver projects by assigned deadlines.

 

What You'll Need:

  • Current student pursuing a bachelors or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Cybersecurity  or equivalent experience. Graduating between December 2025 to August 2026.

  • Working with internal customers to gather requirements

  • Excel Skills including lookup functions and data validation

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills including the ability to articulate requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Familiar with Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology

  • Positive attitude ready to tackle challenges

  • Brings a customer service mindset to the IT organization

Bonus Points:

  • Microsoft PowerShell scripting, python and/or GoLang experience, Microsoft Active Directory experience and some basic Linux experience are a big plus.

  • Experience calling APIs is a big plus
