We are currently looking for a Junior Executive Administrative Assistant who is fluent in English, good communicator and eager to learn and develop on a daily basis in a dynamic atmosphere.
Daily challenges
Assisting supervisory and non-supervisory employees with various administrative support tasks and performing tactical and strategic administrative support tasks for upper executive level employees

Scheduling appointments and meetings, calendar maintenance, making travel arrangements
Preparing expense reports and presentations
Coordinating work and communication within the work unit and with other work units/departments, both internal and possibly external to the company
eXperience and skills required
Fluency in spoken and written English
Excellent communication skills
Experience with Office 365 and especially Outlook and Powerpoint
General administrative experience and experience in handling different processes and stakeholders is a great advantage
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Тime management skills and an ability to establish procedures and follow up on their proper application
