Job Description

  • Teach one or more business law classes to predominantly business majors at Penn State York.
  • Commitment to high-quality instruction in a student-centered environment is expected. Interest in active and collaborative learning, the instructional use of technology, and hybrid and online teaching required.   
  • Enthusiasm for working in a multidisciplinary environment is important.

 

Requirements and Qualifications

  • This appointment will be filled as an adjunct lecturer which requires a minimum of a master’s degree in a business related field or a law degree with relevant experience in the conduct of business.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
