Job Description
Applicants should have:
- A distinguished record of law practice in the subject matter or experience teaching the course subjects.
- Scholarly or professional publications to the relevant field of law.
- Participation and leadership in bar association or other professional organizations related to the subject matter.
- A J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school.
- Superior academic credentials.
While adjunct faculty able to teach live in Carlisle or University Park are preferred,

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
