Job Description

  • Candidates must be able to teach this introductory course in Cultural Anthropology and classes are in-person or hybrid for this appointment. We are offering two sections of the course. Those sections run

    from 9:05 a.m. to 10:20 a.m. and 10:35 p.m. to 11:50 p.m. There is flexibility, however, in the days/times we offer these courses.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Preference will be given to candidates who have completed a Doctoral degree in Anthropology, but ABD and Masters level candidates will be considered.
  • Demonstrated excellence in teaching undergraduates is highly desirable. 
  • Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to helping all students succeed through engagement in and out of the classroom.
