Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Reception and Safety
- Serve as one of the vital communication links for University Advancement internal staff and external visitors.
- Communicate professionally at all times, greet and assist those who call or visit the University Advancement spaces. JOB IS FROM: partimejobs.netVIEW
- Serve on the Advancement building safety committee.
Conference Room Management
- Serve as the key contact for scheduling and managing 26 meeting rooms for University Advancement.
- Provide basic audio/visual support to select meeting rooms.
Office and Building Support
- Act as point of contact for support of several office management activities for all advancement staff such as updates to the directory, shipping and mailing, ordering business cards, nametags, letterhead, supplies, and facilities requests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
